The motor is sitting in place with all its components getting attached. The DCDC converter is sitting to the left of the motor and has its own fuse box to power any components in the rear of the car.
The main motor controller is to the right, with power cables passing through the firewall to the contactor box under the rear seat.
The coloured lights are from the CPU liquid cooling system. They're wired to come on when the rear hatch is opened.
